Creativity #2
Hello,
Today I'd like to continue our examination of creativity. But even more than that, I'd like to examine closely the process of creativity going on within the artist's mind in the form of inspiration. Inspiration is a very powerful catch-all phrase that is commonly used for whatever mechanism jump starts the creative process. And there is also inspiration's much feared cousin - the mental block, which I will demonstrate how to avoid.
What is inspiration? If we look into the components of inspiration we get a better picture of the whole and how to achieve it. There are two main factors involved when getting inspired to action. First, a person must become excited about their project. All forms of art are the product of the artist's own experiences, and these experiences will be represented either directly or indirectly in each piece they create. If an artist is unable to create, this is the first key element missing that must be examined.
Creativity #1
Hello,
Today I'd like to talk about creativity and our minds. Creativity isn't simply about communicating new and interesting ideas to others. It's about building worlds in which we can live and thrive. Creativity is the control each of us exercise over our environment to make it better and a part of us. Without creativity the very fabric of our society grinds to a halt, and each of us stagnates and can live only in the dreams of others. But why is this talent so fleeting today? And how can we recapture the magic our imaginations once held? Let's take a look at how we can achieve peak creativity as we take these first steps into exploring your mind's creative process.
Creative people have specifically different brain wave patterns than other less creative types. When a person with a creative personality type encounters a problem or is given an opportunity to express themselves there is a very visible burst of alpha activity in the left hemisphere of the brain. This burst of energy is caused by the rapid firing of neurons as the mind attempts to wrestle control of a problem and come up with new solutions. It's as simple as that - there is a fundamental difference in the way your brain works when you need to be creative. So the question is, how can you kickstart that?

Sleep #3
Hello,
Today I'd like to finish up our manual on proper and effective sleep by talking about the nutritional aspect. Because food is not always interpreted the same way by our bodies, there are some specific foods to avoid right before going to sleep and others that will help sleep come more naturally.
To get a proper night's sleep you'll need to be aware of a few foods to keep an eye on. Foods higher in carbohydrates help the body relax if there isn't also too much protein present. If you're planning on having a high protein dinner, don't have it right before bed. The same goes for fats as well. If your body is filled with fatty foods it will still be digesting by the time your head hits the pillow. This will largely reduce your ability to relax. What you want is a relaxing end to your day. After keeping in mind the other aspects of winding down, you'll find it easy to avoid getting keyed up. After that, put on the headphones, relax, and you'll be having pleasant dreams before you know it.

Sleep #2

Today I'd like to continue our guide on proper sleep. You'll remember from last time that sleep is one of the most important activities you can engage in to maintain and ensure proper health and functioning in both the mind and body. It is essential you not only get enough sleep, but that you get the right kind of sleep as well.
Today I'd like to help you start getting the right kind of sleep. There are several aspects of your nightly ritual you might be overlooking with the stress of work and family. Many of these are subconscious tricks your body uses when it's relaxed, but a stressed mind won't think about.
Sleep #1
Hello,
Today I'd like to explore a topic that is all too often ignored in our lives, but directly affects the quality of our happiness, memory, concentration, and general health. Sleep is often the first thing sacrificed in our struggle with stress. A shocking statistic by the nonprofit Better Sleep Council revealed that 65% of those studied did not receive adequate sleep due to stress alone. When we take into consideration caffeine intake, environmental factors such as noise, and general discomfort the statistics are even more staggering.

Spirit Guide Contact #2

Hello,
Now that we've covered the basics of what a spirit guide is, let's touch on exactly what it can and can't do. Unfortunately there are a lot of misconceptions about this subject. Think of a spirit guide as an astral entity that can at once guide you through your life journey, yet is an integral part of your consciousness. It is a cross section of your personality that has been shed off the greater whole.
It cannot provide you any new information you would not be able to discern yourself using your wits as well as your peripheral psychic energy. It will come to the same conclusions you would in your wiser moments and ultimately leave the choice to you. Highly random events, such as winning lottery numbers are just as beyond its scope of ability as your own. You cannot expect it to understand complex concepts or mathematical algorithms that would be beyond your own.
It is, however, the embodiment of our own drive for success, spiritual fulfillment, generalized happiness, or whatever goal you have in this life. Be without a goal in mind and it will be as shapeless and confused as that drive. Decide on a clear result you want from your actions, and it will grant you wisdom in a way only you can fully appreciate. The spirit guide is as much an internal force as an external one as memories are just as internal as they are a recalling of the outside world. One of the aspects we cover in our entrainment therapy is the ability to recall these spiritual pathways and help you get into a mindset where the spirit guide is not only a companion, but tapped directly into your own subconscious mind so it can give you the most efficient images possible. Be sure to check out our spirit guide entrainment therapy at http://www.store. unexplainable.net/products/ spirit-guide.php. Our therapy is here to help ensure your spirit guide experience is both vivid, and accurate.
The spirit guide also, however, has a personality of its own. This can be a representation of your fears, your desires, or your general understanding of the world around you. As you change so will it.
What does the voice deep within you say you want out of life? What things do you think of shortly before going to sleep? Are you plagued by petty rivalries or financial problems that in the end only serve to hold you back? The spirit guide understands these apprehensions intimately in ways you are unable to due to your connection to the outside world. Our minds can only interpret the world around us as a series of symbols. The spirit guide is in itself a symbol that interfaces directly with the world.
Once you have a direction, your spirit guide will help you traverse the treacherous path on your way to success. It is a constant reminder, not only when you want it but when you feel like you need it. The symbolic creation of a spirit guide is a powerful tool anyone can use. Even in mythology the hero is always shown a guide who imparts him or her with wisdom they may have known deep down to be true, but nonetheless need an external source for because of their own shortcomings. The spirit guide is a useful tool that has been called upon since the dawn of mankind. It is as deeply entangled with the human experience as any other spiritual aspect.
Next newsletter, I'd like to take a look at the aspects of communication with the spirit guide. We've covered the basics, and now you should have a firm understanding of what you can expect when communicating with the spirit guide, but the world of spirituality is one that has always been rife with symbols far beyond what we experience in our day to day lives. Luckily, there are techniques to understanding the symbols in our own minds as well as those around us.
See you then,

Spirit Guide Contact #1

Hello,
Now that we've covered channeling, let's take a look at the concept of spirit guides. A spirit guide is an entity from beyond the corporeal world that you make contact with directly within your mind to help you on your travels both within the spiritual realm as well as through life's vast wealth of experiences. The mind is a powerful tool not only for its deductive capabilities, but also for its ability to communicate with things that exist beyond the periphery of the five senses. One of the most important communications a human being can have with the other side is the relationship one creates with the spirit guide.
Spirit guides can be perceived in many forms, including an ancestor, a departed companion, a mythological or fictionalized figure, or even a mysterious spectral entity of undefined or shifting form. It is a representation of your own intentions as you progress through life. The constant in the case of a shifting spirit guide is one of feeling, and an unspoken yet immutable understanding that they are the one. Some of the most confusing and vexing aspects of spiritual communication can be circumvented entirely with the assistance of a loyal and adept spirit guide. It is supposed to be an image that brings comfort, but also bears great wisdom.

Shaman Consciousness #4

Hello,
After our discussion on mediumship, you likely know that Shamanism and communication with the other side isn't something to be toyed with, but something that should be taken seriously. Those who have had great success with this art have done so by traveling a careful path of peace. Think of the consciousness as a pool of water. If it is rippling and murky, the shaman will only see themselves reflected on its surface. If it is, however, clear and tranquil they will be able to look into another world.
But many mediums are asked to do away with presences that are not friendly, or are even harmful to the environment and the consciousness of the people who reside in them. These exorcisms, at an advanced degree can eventually be done with a single thought by the shaman. The simple act of asking an entity to leave is often enough, but if this has failed there are other ways. The medium can use their consciousness as a tool to guide entities away. All entities, even hostile ones should be dealt with using great care and consideration. Evil doesn't destroy evil in this case. Malicious intent doesn't dispel malicious entities. Balance in your consciousness the concept of good, strength, love, and power. Not power for the purpose of self progression, but another sort of strength we feel coming from within the heart. It is the emotion we feel when we suddenly have an immutable desire to help others, or when we wish to protect those we love. It is this inner power that the Shaman must use in the face of great adversity.

Shaman Consciousness #3

Hello,
Since we've discussed ways of communicating with the other side through the Ouija board safely, let's take a look at the more advanced forms of spiritual communication such as would be seen on a ghost hunt. Though some people have attained a higher level of Shaman consciousness, or "psychic ability" as it's commonly called, it's important to understand that this potential exists within us all. Ancient cultures commonly describe shamans as those who have broken down a mental barrier, rather than a genetic aberration or super power. This is evidence of the fact that every single person on Earth has the potential to open up communication with the other side.

Dealing With Headaches #2
Hello,
Today I'd like to once again take a look at a problem affecting all of us. Headaches can not only distract us and loosen our grip on our daily lives, but can also create a rift between us and the world around us that can remove us entirely from the lifestyle we want to live. Last time you may recall how we gave an overview of headaches, possible causes, and what we can do in our everyday lives to put an end to them. We also briefly touched on the subject of exercises you can do to help ensure even the toughest headaches don't stand a chance. This time we'd like to give a few more tips on exercises to help eliminate your headaches before they get out of control.Thursday, October 13, 2011
Dealing With Headaches #1
Hello,
Today I'd like to talk about something we all struggle with from time to time. Headaches, as you know, are one of the most life disrupting conditions anyone can have. And though you may not know it, these same headaches are going to leave you completely incapacitated until you can once again regain your normal function.
Those who can speak from experience will tell you headaches are worse for chronic sufferers than almost any kind of common pain related ailment - particularly when you need to think. And all too often thinking in itself can initiate headaches making the problem only more distracting and disruptive for the sufferer.
Happily there is a remedy. Just as so many have looked to pain pills and meditation to help soothe their otherwise life wrecking headaches, there is a solution that goes to the very root of the problem and solves it at its source. The human brain is an incredible thing - controlling everything from blood flow to how the mind reacts to pain. And we have developed a system that helps regulate the sources of headaches as well as the symptoms simultaneously.
But there is a process to headache remedy as well that can help and give you the most effective benefits from our entrainment therapy right away. The recordings work well on their own, but sometimes you have one of those headaches that simply will not go away. These techniques, used in conjunction with our entrainment recordings will ensure you can meet even the most overwhelming headaches head on - and prepared.
One of the drawbacks of using drugs to help cope with headaches is the physical addiction that can come along with them. And additionally, even simple over the counter medicine can have detrimental effects on your liver if not taken according to very specific and sometimes complicated instructions. And some medication has even been linked to cerebral micro bleeds and even bleeding after surgery for up to ten days afterward. So if you need effective relief, it's going to have to come from your own brain - and we can help you achieve it. Don't miss out! Check out our entrainment therapy today here.
Through relaxation exercises designed to soothe the major blood vessels in your head and the use of entrainment therapy, you can actually discover for yourself just how effective the power of the mind can be when combating even the most intense headaches. Don't forget the mind is usually the cause of these headaches in the first place - causing stress, strained focus, tension, and constriction of blood vessels leading to increased pain in various regions around the skull and face.
I hope you found this introduction to our headache entrainment therapy helpful. Keep in mind your stress level is always within your control. By taking fifteen minutes out of your day you can inexpensively eliminate headaches from your life and get back to living the life you always wanted to. Next time I'd like to look deeper at just what these relaxation exercises are and what they can do for you to get you back on track and living pain free.
Have a safe and enlightened journey!

Hypnosis

Greetings!
Today I'd like to talk about hypnotic self defense. There is a growing problem of some individuals using hypnosis to gain control of others. It's not as extreme as it sounds, with people walking around zombie like as a shadowy hypnotist takes complete control over them, but it's just as effective if you don't know how to defend yourself. Television commercials, politicians giving speeches, and slick salesmen are all examples of people who are trying to convince you to do something, and all three have been caught implementing one form of hypnosis or another.
First of all, you need to know what it feels like to be hypnotized. We're hypnotized all the time, hyper-focusing on driving, watching television, and surfing the internet. Any time you perform an activity and lose track of your environment because you're so into what you're doing you're technically hypnotized to a certain degree. When you sit in a chair, however, and go through hypnotic induction consciously, you're ever aware of the fact that your mind is hypnotized and therefore you can defend yourself easier. It's when we're not aware that we're hypnotized that we are at risk.
After you've practiced "open" hypnosis where you know exactly what's taking place during a hypnosis session, you begin to trust it more and have more of an understanding of what to look for in hypnotic induction. When a hypnotist attempts to hypnotize you subversively then, you'll be able to understand the type of lilting voice or subtle movements that are involved. Even conversations are hypnotic often. Pay attention to a few in-depth conversations you have and see if you ever lose track of time, your environment, or things other people are saying in the room.

Now let's deal with the more "mystical aspects" of hypnotic self defense. First, you need to be able to wield your focus like a conductor wields a baton. Practice focusing all of your attention on different things in your environment. Imagine that everything has an energy about it and try to notice things in your environment you otherwise usually miss. A simple awareness expansion exercise like weekly visiting a place you've never been before and observing is enough to take you miles in the direction of hypnotic self defense.
Now your mind should be ready for the next step. Remember when we were exploring what everyday activities hypnotize you the most? Simply perform those activities for a preset amount of time, and break yourself away from them exactly when you set out to. Additionally, the entire time you're performing the activity, focus your mind on your mental state and watch it as it drifts out of awareness of your environment. When you feel that happening, pull yourself out of the activity, look around, and focus again on where you are. Build up a "reflex" of hypnotic trance breaking. It can even be a physical act like snapping a finger to literally "snap out of it." A symbolic gesture is quite powerful when it comes to mental states. A more subtle gesture could be just pushing your thumb and forefinger together and programming your mind to associate the sensation with an awakened state. These gestures can be programmed into your mind with hypnosis, and when you end your session you can perform them each time just before you wake up.
The most important aspect of hypnotic self defense, however, is to develop a conscious dialogue with your unconscious mind that let's you understand what hypnosis feels like. The best guaranteed way to develop that is to simply hypnotize yourself in a safe environment a few times. one of the best way to prepare your mind for a hypnotic state is with brainwave entrainment therapy. Be sure to check it out at http://www.store. unexplainable.net/products/ hypnosis.php.
Now that we've discussed hypnotic self defense, hopefully you'll have some of the tools required to defend yourself against an alarming trend. We need control over our own actions if nothing else. Thanks for reading the unexplainable manual of hypnotic self defense. Keep in touch as next time we'll touch on energy again in more depth with shamanism and shamanic practices.
See you then,
