Creativity #3
Hello,
Today I'd like to wrap up our lesson in creativity by covering the dreaded creative mental block so often referred to in hushed fearful tones. The mental block is the creative person's bane. It always seems to rear its head at the worst time and follow you for days or even weeks, making the very process of creating difficult or even impossible. But with a few tips, and the right entrainment frequencies you will soon be able to pull yourself from the dreaded grips of this ancient nemesis to art and begin prolifically producing the most beautiful lyrics, paintings, words, or even daydreams you ever imagined. After all, every thought in your mind comes in some way from your creative centers.
So in order to conquer the mental block, first we must understand it. And the most advertised type of mental block is writer's block. Writer's block is related to all other types of block in the same way. But it should not be thought of like a wall suddenly going up in front of you blocking your path. The features of writer's block are more like trying to start a car without success. You may be sitting with the keys in the ignition listening to it refuse to turn over or not in the car at all. But the result is the same. And that result follows musicians, artists, actors and all other creative types. But how do you get the engine to start? First you'll need a key.
Keep in mind, creativity starts with a productive state of mind. You know the pleasant feeling you get when you begin a project and all the pieces come together. Our entrainment therapy smoothes the process and allows the mind to conquer its fears. Don't forget to check it out at http://www.store.unexplainable.net/products/creativity.php
So once your mind is engaged in the creative process with a special type of inspiration, you'll be able to plug into the mental faculties that bypass the initial creative block. But the process that follows requires something else as well. Great ideas should be balanced with a certain degree of organization. If you're trying to start in the wrong place or without fully understanding the end product you want, you're still missing an important component. Sometimes you simply work with the canvas to see what comes up. Other times you must be a bit more objective and assertive. This doesn't make the process any less creative, it simply adds perspiration to your inspiration.
By this time you should be ready to tackle even the most complex creative blocks. But you still need to be excited about the project you are working on. Excitement combined with a good starting point and an image of the end result is a formula for breaking down mental barriers. If someone has truly unlocked their creative centers, then this formula is like a rocket propelling you toward masterful craftsmanship.
But is it only creative works that this works for? Absolutely not. One of the most fundamentally human and important behaviors we engage in is fantasizing. Fantasy not only shows us the world we want, but the world that could be. Thinkers are set free by fantasies about the simplest things. What if gravity suddenly reversed? What if you could see a new primary color? These simple thoughts are all it takes to get the same gears running that solve a great many problems that arise every day.
And they work in conversation as well. A boring conversation can quickly be turned into an exciting expose on the human experience with a little bit of creativity. And conversely a mental block can send these conversations spiraling into disaster. The same formula that removed blocks for other forms of creative expression works for conversation as well. Know your result, get your mind into it, know where to begin, and once you've unlocked your creative centers even simple conversations too will carry a certain zing to them that will wow others.
So there it is. Creative blocks aren't so complicated and they're certainly not something to fear. With our entrainment and these tips on your side you'll soon be expressing your thoughts in ways you didn't think possible.

Creativity #2
Hello,
Today I'd like to continue our examination of creativity. But even more than that, I'd like to examine closely the process of creativity going on within the artist's mind in the form of inspiration. Inspiration is a very powerful catch-all phrase that is commonly used for whatever mechanism jump starts the creative process. And there is also inspiration's much feared cousin - the mental block, which I will demonstrate how to avoid.
What is inspiration? If we look into the components of inspiration we get a better picture of the whole and how to achieve it. There are two main factors involved when getting inspired to action. First, a person must become excited about their project. All forms of art are the product of the artist's own experiences, and these experiences will be represented either directly or indirectly in each piece they create. If an artist is unable to create, this is the first key element missing that must be examined.
Creativity #1
Hello,
Today I'd like to talk about creativity and our minds. Creativity isn't simply about communicating new and interesting ideas to others. It's about building worlds in which we can live and thrive. Creativity is the control each of us exercise over our environment to make it better and a part of us. Without creativity the very fabric of our society grinds to a halt, and each of us stagnates and can live only in the dreams of others. But why is this talent so fleeting today? And how can we recapture the magic our imaginations once held? Let's take a look at how we can achieve peak creativity as we take these first steps into exploring your mind's creative process.
Creative people have specifically different brain wave patterns than other less creative types. When a person with a creative personality type encounters a problem or is given an opportunity to express themselves there is a very visible burst of alpha activity in the left hemisphere of the brain. This burst of energy is caused by the rapid firing of neurons as the mind attempts to wrestle control of a problem and come up with new solutions. It's as simple as that - there is a fundamental difference in the way your brain works when you need to be creative. So the question is, how can you kickstart that?

Round of applause!
Hi everyone!
A big hurrah to you!!!!! We’ve won for now -- SOPA and PIPA were dropped by Congress today -- the votes we’ve been scrambling to mobilize against have been cancelled.
The largest online protest in history has fundamentally changed the game. You were heard.
On January 18th, 13 million of us took the time to tell Congress to protect free speech rights on the internet. Hundreds of millions, maybe a billion, people all around the world saw what we did on Wednesday. See the amazing numbers here and tell everyone what you did.
This was unprecedented. Your activism may have changed the way people fight for the public interest and basic rights forever.
The MPAA (the lobby for big movie studios which created these terrible bills) was shocked and seemingly humbled. “‘This was a whole new different game all of a sudden,’ MPAA Chairman and former Senator Chris Dodd told the New York Times. ‘[PIPA and SOPA were] considered by many to be a slam dunk.’”

Sleep #3
Hello,
Today I'd like to finish up our manual on proper and effective sleep by talking about the nutritional aspect. Because food is not always interpreted the same way by our bodies, there are some specific foods to avoid right before going to sleep and others that will help sleep come more naturally.
To get a proper night's sleep you'll need to be aware of a few foods to keep an eye on. Foods higher in carbohydrates help the body relax if there isn't also too much protein present. If you're planning on having a high protein dinner, don't have it right before bed. The same goes for fats as well. If your body is filled with fatty foods it will still be digesting by the time your head hits the pillow. This will largely reduce your ability to relax. What you want is a relaxing end to your day. After keeping in mind the other aspects of winding down, you'll find it easy to avoid getting keyed up. After that, put on the headphones, relax, and you'll be having pleasant dreams before you know it.

Sleep #2

Today I'd like to continue our guide on proper sleep. You'll remember from last time that sleep is one of the most important activities you can engage in to maintain and ensure proper health and functioning in both the mind and body. It is essential you not only get enough sleep, but that you get the right kind of sleep as well.
Today I'd like to help you start getting the right kind of sleep. There are several aspects of your nightly ritual you might be overlooking with the stress of work and family. Many of these are subconscious tricks your body uses when it's relaxed, but a stressed mind won't think about.
Sleep #1
Hello,
Today I'd like to explore a topic that is all too often ignored in our lives, but directly affects the quality of our happiness, memory, concentration, and general health. Sleep is often the first thing sacrificed in our struggle with stress. A shocking statistic by the nonprofit Better Sleep Council revealed that 65% of those studied did not receive adequate sleep due to stress alone. When we take into consideration caffeine intake, environmental factors such as noise, and general discomfort the statistics are even more staggering.
